21 Day Gentle Cleanse w/Extra Body Love

Welcome to spring, and a whole new you!

Ever wanted to do a cleanse, but you were scared of how you’d feel, what might happen, and how you might handle it?

This three-week guided gentle cleanse allows you to “step-down” from your usual diet to eating cleaner foods, less sugar, and decreased caffeine. It also allows you to make the best choices for YOU, as I provide different levels of detoxification.

What does the cleanse look like?

  • Each Sunday, starting on April 8th, I’ll email you a “cleanse packet” which consists of what each day should look like, from food intake, to beverages, to exercise, to meditation options, to body love techniques. It also will include how to prepare yourself so that you are less susceptible to road blocks.
  • Early in the week, I’ll host a group call so that you can ask questions, compare notes, and deal with any forks in the road (or spoons in the ice cream).
  • During the second half of each week, you can schedule a half hour one-on-one session with me so I can answer questions that are of a more private nature, or just to check-in.
  • You also get email access to me every day of the cleanse. Anytime you have a question or concern, just shoot me an email and I’ll get back to you within 24 hours.

The total cost for a detailed weekly plan packet, a weekly group session, a weekly one-on-one session, and email access almost every day is $159 (normally, just three one-on-one sessions with me would cost you that much).

Due to the time given to the individual sessions, I have to limit the amount of people who can participate in the program (that also gives us a chance to get to know each other as a group).


Also, please note if you are currently on any medication, you must be cleared by your doctor to take part in this cleanse. Though we are taking a very gentle approach, changes in diet – no matter how small – can impact medication’s affects on the body.

I’m looking forward to doing this process with you, as I have cleansed during the spring for the last 8 years. We’ll approach this together, and come out stronger, healthier, and freer!

Women’s Renewal Workshop

Join a group of powerful and dynamic women as we feed ourselves with dance, yoga, and food. Prepare for the coming spring by shedding the winter heaviness and giving yourself this nourishing Valentine’s present.

Led by nutritionist/dancer Christine Garvin and yoga instructor/chef Diana McCall, during this afternoon workshop, you will:

- Learn simple Bhangra/Bollywood dance moves
- Strengthen your body with Kundalini Yoga
- Learn how to tune into your individual body’s nutritional needs
- Prepare a delicious Ayurvedic meal and share it with a fantastic group of new friends.

It’s a new year, and 2012 is going to be a big one on many levels. Attaining what you want takes planning and preparation, and at this workshop, I will provide you a road map of how to get to where you want in your own life. In only one hour, we will cover how to:

  • Set your nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle goals for the year and learn how to track them.
  • Learn the difference between “manufactured” and “authentic” goals, and how to connect to your authentic ones.
  • Determine when and how to renegotiate your goals for increased success.
  • Take-away tools will also be provided.
