I learned the hard way how important it is to take time to reflect and care for ones self.. I had to carry a note with the word 'No, thank you' in my wallet to remind me I don't have to do it all. I also stopped wearing a watch to slow myself down. Take time to enjoy what is happening now before you miss it. You are so right..I relate to so much.
